On Monday April 15, Strasbourg’s Hôtel de la Préfecture was transformed into an exceptional venue dedicated to gastronomy.
It was a great source of pride for our Chef Thomas Koebel and his second, Léa Merkel, to attend the dinner in support of Team France Bocuse d’Or 2025, in the presence of Paul Marcon, winner of Bocuse d’Or France 2023, and many other prestigious chefs.
