Supervised and guided by the Chef himself, you create a gourmet dish as a team. The menu is defined by the Chef according to seasonal produce and his inspiration. You’ll discover the demands of the kitchen, the importance of preparing a dish and, of course, teamwork.
Wine tasting
Discover 5 wines, French or foreign, and follow the tasting advice of our room manager, Jonathan Wilson. This introduction to oenology will be accompanied by savory appetizers.
