They accompany us
with quality products
Local and seasonal products
Relais de la Poste chef Thomas Koebel makes a point of working with local, seasonal produce. On a daily basis, they support us and provide us with quality products. We share their passion for good produce, respect for nature and seasonality.
Fruits and vegetables
Most of our fruit and vegetables come from Ferme Clauss, located in La Wantzenau, just a few hundred metres from the Relais de la Poste.
Cheeses
Thanks to the meticulous work of Bernard Antony, an exceptional affineur from Vieux-Ferrette (Haut-Rhin), who describes himself as a “cheese breeder”, and the expertise of the passionate couple of Meilleurs Ouvriers de France from Maison Lorho in Strasbourg, we are privileged to offer you a selection of exceptional cheeses.
Meats
The pigeon for the Chef’s signature dish comes from Théo Kieffer’s farm in Nordhouse.
Teas
Our teas are created and blended in Alsace by our partner Comptoir Français du Thé, where each cup is conceived as a gustatory voyage.
Pasta spreads
These original, gourmet spreads, made without palm oil, are the expression of the creativity of Aliénor Slos, chocolatier at the Les Secrets du Chocolat museum in Geispolsheim.
Chocolate
Our chocolate comes from Schaal Chocolatier, which has been operating in Geispolsheim, Alsace, since 1871. Their cocoa comes from their own plantations in Ecuador.
Schaal Chocolatier sells exclusively to companies. Their products are only available to private customers at the Les Secrets du Chocolat boutique.
Bread and pastries
Our breads and viennoiseries are made by “Au pain de mon Grand-Père”, a family-run bakery founded by Patrick and Bruno Dinel, two Alsatians who respect traditional methods of production, using organically grown ingredients.
